Tasting Notes:

Getting a taste of lightwood with a creamy finish to start. Some tunneling issues in the burn easily corrected but did require some torch work. As we get into the second third baking spices starting to fall off becoming more peppery but there is a nice sweetness behind it. As we get into the final third the sweetness drops off with some addition of cocoa while building more to a medium finish. I rate this a 5 out of 10 definitely worth repeating to find out if it gets any better.
