Perdomo Vintage 12 Year Double Aged Sun Grown

Construction:

Vitola Toro

Wrapper Nicaraguan

Binder Nicaraguan

Filler Nicaraguan

Tasting Notes:

Incredibly woodsy flavor to start with with some light sweetness and a nutty finish. While at the time this was stronger than my normal choices it was very enjoyable. As we get into the second third cocoa notes start building in strength with some oak and the sweetness of caramel matches paste to give it a great balance. For me definitely something that a meal is recommended beforehand gfor a new smoker. You can definitely get a feel for the age of the tobacco as the smoothness of this cigar is unmistakable.  Another strong showing from Perdomo with a solid 8 out of 10, definitely a box worthy stick.
